Why we brought it all home to Idaho
When the pandemic hit, our suppliers overseas ran short of inventory. When our backorders were finally ready to ship, they sat at the port, and orders sat again at fulfillment centers we didn't run. Our customers weren't getting the experience they deserved, and there was nothing we could do to fix it. It felt defeating. We knew we had to make a change, so we took control. We moved virtually all of our manufacturing to the USA, and in 2021 we moved to Idaho Falls to begin the transition to packing and shipping every order ourselves.
Bringing manufacturing home also gave us the chance to make our swings even better. Alongside our new USA manufacturing and assembly, we created the Polyperch®, a textured, branch-like perch made in the USA, and redesigned our swing line around it.

Where are Pop's products made?
Our products are made in the USA. We work with manufacturers who share our values and our standards for quality, and every product comes through our facilities in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where we assemble, pack and ship it.
Where do orders ship from?
Every order ships from our warehouse at 1550 Jones St., Ste. A, Idaho Falls, ID 83404. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (up to 3 during busy times).
US: $4.99 flat rate, or free on orders of $45 or more.
Canada: $16.99 flat rate. Delivery times to Canada can vary. Free shipping on $45+ orders applies to US orders only.

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?
Pop's Limited Lifetime Product Workmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. It applies to products made by Pop's, bought new in their original sealed packaging from Pop's or a Pop's Authorized Retailer. Email Warranty@PopsBirding.com with any warranty claim.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers new products in their original sealed packaging bought from Pop's or a Pop's Authorized Retailer. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return it within 14 days of delivery to Pop's or the retailer you bought from. Email Sales@PopsBirding.com to start a return.
How do I know I'm buying a genuine Pop's product?
Buy directly from popsbirding.com or from an authorized Pop's retailer. Chewy is also an authorized online retailer. On Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and Wayfair, buy only when the seller is Pop's Birding. Our warranty only covers new products bought from Pop's or an Authorized Retailer.
Can I visit?
Yes. Our Idaho Falls showroom is open by appointment for now, and we hope to add regular hours soon. Please call (208) 370-5178 before you visit. Retailers can also visit our year-round wholesale showroom at AmericasMart in Atlanta (Building 2, Showroom 9110).
