We offer flat-rate shipping for $4.99 per order (Canada: $16.99 per order) or free shipping when you spend $45.00 or more. Orders ship within 3 business days from our warehouse in Idaho Falls, Idaho, with typical transit times of 1–3 days to West Coast customers and 3–5 days to East Coast customers. If your order is time-sensitive, just send us a message and we'll do our best to prioritize it.

Most orders ship via USPS, so if you have a PO Box, please use it as your delivery address — and let us know if you have any other carrier-specific delivery needs.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout, and reach out within 24 hours of placing your order if anything needs to be updated. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or a non-USPS-deliverable address may incur additional shipping costs.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement — we tender large batches to USPS and UPS daily, and it sometimes takes a bit for that activity to register online.
