Directions
Use the included "s" hook to hang the swing a foot away from a feeder and eye level with the food source. Provide fresh nectar by cleaning feeders frequently and changing nectar every 3–5 days (more often with warmer temps or as cloudiness occurs). Keep feeders and swings out of direct sunlight in a somewhat shaded and protected area from the elements and predators.

Hummingbirds spend a large share of daylight hours perching, not flying — anywhere from 20% to 70%, depending on how much food is nearby. Perching lets them conserve energy, digest, and watch over their territory.
